Excellent food and drinks at Wicked Tuna. And someone from Hollywood Pictures came around and took lovely photos of our family for a great price.

Our waitress Ashley was awesome!! She was so friendly and helpful. My son absolutely loved her, she was nice and answered his million questions. The food was delicious and prices weren't bad. Thank you Ashley for being so kind☺

We have came here several times throughout the years and we love it. We have never ate here but we always come to watch there fireworks, which are absolutely amazing and beautiful!!!! We also come to walk on the pier and watch people fishing. We went today 8/24/2019 and there were so many sharks I will try and post the pictures on here. It was so cool to see that many sharks!! The two men that were working there were extremely friendly to us and everyone else that was there. It was very clean and there bathrooms are always clean when we go. It’s so fun to go and it’s only $2.00 and it’s good all day as long as you keep your receipt .

First off...you have to pay to get on the Pier. Then there's Wicked Tuna on the top that is WAY over pricedfoe the food u get. Just needs a little clean up.

Terrible...made reservations for a nice dinner...arrived squeezing us in a small table for 2...no views...suggests we go up to bar...loud noisy...NO thanks. Do we want to spend 100 to have a meal in a bar? They are crazy. We wont be back...you guys better rethink this....roll back your menu or something. Such a shame...we akqsus enjoyed the location and views...its one think if you are spending 15 bucks on a meal...but not when you are spending 50 per person!!

Pier is a nice place to walk and enjoy the view or go fishing. Did not realize they were renovating the restaurant. They always had good food. Hopefully will open again for summer.

I'm not a fan of fishing but my wife took me to go crab fishing and now it's favorite thing in the world. It was cheap for the whole trap and everything with it. Like 45$ and that's including the all day passes. Parking was free. But I found the perfect thing to do in myrtle beach #addictedtocrabfishing

Great new breakfast spot on the beach. Cheese biscuits are large and delicious. Breakfast is on 3rd floor with wrap around windows. Only con is the railing that divides the windows is at eye level which hinders view of beach and pier.

Calming and relaxing spot to walk on. Excellent view. The restaurant on this pier was closed due to renovation when i went through. The place is an spot to go fishing off of. If you don't have fishing gear they have rental gear to get you going. The staff are friendly and laidback.

Giving it one star because after walking 2 miles this morning on the beach I get to pier to find out it costs $2. Well I’m in running shorts and have no pockets for money plus being from out of town didn’t know this. Can’t go anywhere around & not have to pay for something that’s public.

2ND AVE PIER IS NOT FREE. $2 to GO PAST RESTAURANT AND WALK ON PIER. 14th AVE PIER IS $1. Pier walks should be free. PIERS ARE FOR THE PUBLIC

The food was very good but way over priced - $11.50 for a beer I paid $4.50 for 2 blocks North on the boardwalk. After spending $190 for 4 of us to eat we still paid another $8.00 to get out to the pier. Nice but not worth it.

Myrtle beach has always been a fun place to visit. It can be relaxing and/or a fun friendly party place if you dont do anything to break the law. I have always enjoyed coming to the ocean!

Very reasonably priced fishing rentals and friendly staff. We saw lots of sharks swimming and jumping out of the water which was pretty cool. Great views and easy parking. It woukd be nice if there was a little shade somewhere.

This place was really nice and quaint. Exactly what you'd expect from a seaside restaurant. The prices were pretty high though for somewhat small servings. The waiter was nice and friendly though he was a no show at times. Really hoping to come back and give this place a second chance one day.

My dad and I walked out on the pier while visiting Myrtle Beach. It was probably a mile up from our hotel so we walked up to it. It costs $2 a person to walk out on the pier. Fishing costs more ($16/day I think?). It appears they are renovating the pier. I assume after the latest hurricane damage. They are adding a restaurant on the first floor and an open air bar on the third floor. There is an elevator to get to the second and third floors. The shop has a few things you can buy. This pier is pretty long. The end of it is blocked off as I assume they are still repairing it. There were quite a few people out finishing the afternoon we were there (it was Sunday I think). They have lots of picnic tables along the way with umbrellas to sit and enjoy the view. It was nice to visit.

An awesome pier. It does cost $2 per person but its totally worth it. Support local businesses! The pier itself looks to built really sturdy. Didnt feel in danger while on it. There is a restaurant in the building and you can buy fishing equipment inside as well if you feel like fishing. You can also feed the fishes for $.50 cents. The employees in the building are really friendly and helpful. The bathrooms inside are really clean. The Pier is quite long, which makes for great pictures of the beach and Myrtle Beach skyline. Parking is free October through March, so that made parking there easier (Parked during first week of January 2020). Beach is clean and tidy. We felt very safe here. Would definitely recommend coming here during the off season since there arent many people to walk through. Overall, one pier we would make a stop at again in Myrtle Beach.

Wicked Tuna bought into this place and ruined it. The 2nd Ave Pier restaurant and open air bar was classic Myrtle Beach. The open air bar is now enclosed and upscale yet casual dining. Crushed to lose on of my favorite spots in Myrtle Beach. $20 for a sandwich at the pier. The person who greeted us was very rude. We had no idea the open air bar had been converted so showed up off the beach as we always have. Wicked Tuna was fine in Murells Inlet. They have ruined one of my favorite parts of Myrtle Beach.

I hate to have to give this place 3 stars because it was nice all around. The food was perfect, the view was perfect, and the place looked fantastic. Either it has poor service all around or we just got the worst waiter there. We had to get another waiter to bring us our check. I understand this place just opened but its definitely something that needs to be corrected.
